Edit: Ingredients, for those who asked. Very ripe plums (pitted, peeled, pureed), limes (juiced with enthusiasm), a little bit of Cointreau, a lot bit of Trader Joe’s (I know!) reposado tequila, turbinado syrup (splashed).
